 New Lawn Kit™ is an efficient and economical combination product for lawn installations.

 Applications:

New Lawn Kit™ is commonly used to establish new lawns, renovate existing lawns, or add to divot mix.  It is the only All-in-One Product combining multiple varieties of the top cultivars of seeds for either a Northern Blend or Transition Blend, and the most advanced paper mulch technology available.  Used in the landscape, lawn installation, and sports turf markets.

 

Composition:

The asymmetric shaped granules are comprised of premium paper-based mulch granules, starter fertilizer, erosion fighting AST™ (Advanced Soil Technology), cross-linked water holding polymer, and a Seed Watering Guide™.  These irregular shaped granules allow a consistent mix of seed and mulch throughout the bag.  The turf seeds consist of for the northern blend: Boreal Creeping Red Fescue, Nexus and Renaissance Perennial Ryegrass, and Baron and Clearwater Kentucky Bluegrass seed cultivars.  The transition blend contains: Titan, Kittyhawk, and Rendition Tall Fescue seed cultivars.

soluble polymers to reduce soil loss, reduce chemical and fertilizer

runoff, and increases water penetration. They reduce irrigation

time and frequency.  They are soluble in water and can penetrate

into the soil decreasing surface soil compaction and crusting.  They

bond with nutrients and pesticides to retain soil fertility and improve

pesticide performance.  These polymers have been used for over

30 years in agriculture.

3.      Contains cross-linked polymers that hold up to 400 times their weight in water. They are designed for moisture retention at the soil surface where the seed needs it the most.  They absorb water quickly (resulting in rapid hydration) and reduce moisture evaporation from the soil surface.

4.      Starter fertilizer (0.1-2-1) aids in initial establishment.

5.      Takes the guesswork out of watering wit

h “Water Me Technology”.  Stop watering when polymer crystals appear and green darkens, and begin watering again when polymer crystals are no longer apparent.
